MINNEAPOLIS, October 6—Flywheel Exchange, LLC, the scientific data management software company, sponsored and attended the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research’s Workshop on High and Ultra-High Field Imaging, held October 1-3, 2015. The Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR) is a part of the University of Minnesota’s Department of Radiology.
At the workshop, members of the Flywheel team presented its data management platform to imaging-focused researchers from around the globe. While Flywheel plans to extend its offerings to a wide range of scientific research fields, Flywheel’s focus for its first release is MRI research, which made CMRR’s Workshop an ideal forum for Flywheel to introduce its product.
“We were thrilled to sponsor the 10th biennial workshop at CMRR,” stated Imad Nijim, Flywheel COO. “Flywheel was well received, and it was clear from our interactions with researchers attending the workshop that Flywheel provides a much needed and highly valuable tool to the research community.”
“The Flywheel content management system is a ‘must-have’ for every project,” stated Dr. Shalom Michaeli, Associate Professor and MRI researcher at the CMRR. “We are eager to use the system in all our upcoming projects.”
